Conditions of Booking the Self-catering Harmony Static caravan.

IMPORTANT – Please Note: By law a contract for the reservation of accommodation at an establishment whether in writing or verbally, imposes an obligation on the proprietor to hold the caravan at the disposal of the guest for an agreed period and on the guest to pay for the caravan reserved. Failure to arrive, or cancellation of a booking by a guest, without the consent of the proprietor, (for whatever reason) without at least 4 weeks notice does not entitle a guest to cancel the contract made without compensation to the proprietor. If the proprietor is unable to re-let the caravan, the proprietor would legally be obliged to forward the guest an invoice for the balance in compensation. Please note the proprietor is under no obligation to refund deposits on cancelled accommodation within 4 weeks or non-arrival. Subject to availability, the proprietors, at their discretion, may permit the deposit to be used against a future booking as long as it is within twelve months and a letter is received from the guest to confirm the cancellation. Please note we recommend you to take out holiday insurance if you think there may be a risk of late cancellation.

By accepting the reservation this means you have made a contract with Harmony Country Lodge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions.
